What is the process when someone signs up? Will they be looking for an email? If so, when and from who?
When Nativity Pilgrimage receives your registration form you will receive an email confirmation from one of their account managers.
What needs to be sent in with the trip form? How do they officially reserve it?
To register for this trip please send your completed registration form, copy of your passport & $300 deposit payment to Nativity Pilgrimage.
What are the payment deadlines?
Final payments are due 90 days before departure, March 22, 2023.
How do I find out which insurance plan is best?
Nativity Pilgrimage has partnered with Trawick International, you can see the insurance options here https://www.trawickinternational.com/?agent=9902. You are also able to purchase your own insurance through a company of your choosing.
Where do I fly out of? Do I have to fly to one of the big airports on my own dollar?
Your trip cost includes roundtrip air from Washington DC, New York, Chicago or Los Angeles. Travel to one of these destination cities would be your responsibility.
What happens if COVID-19 is still restricting travel?
Nativity Pilgrimage is closely monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic and will inform all groups of any restrictions that may affect their travel. We recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" insurance to protect your
trip if anything were to happen.
What if I don’t have a roommate?
If you are open to rooming with another single on the trip, please mark it on your registration form & Nativity Pilgrimage will make every effort to pair you up with someone. If we are unable to pair you with someone, you will need to pay the single room rate. If you would like to travel alone the single room rate is $560.
